Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the DharmaVera application ("App") operated by Thakhin DBA ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
DharmaVera is a personal wellness and self-reflection tool that provides:

Important: All biorhythm predictions, astrological readings, compatibility scores, and related content provided by this App are for entertainment, self-reflection, and wellness purposes only. They do not constitute:
Oracle readings draw on Burmese, Chinese, Jewish, Christian, Islamic, Hindu and European traditions with respect. DharmaVera is not affiliated with or endorsed by any religious organisation. Scripture scores describe the reflection themes chosen by DharmaVera, never the worth of a sacred text.
Do not make important life decisions — including medical, financial, or relationship decisions — based solely on the App's output. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
The App uses your name and date of birth as your login credentials. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may enter personal notes, milestone dates, and other content into the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you.

The App's original content — its design, code, artwork, written interpretations, translations, themes and scoring — is the property of Thakhin DBA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our express written permission.
The traditions the App draws on (including Mahabote, Kau Cim, Ram Shalaka, the Chinese zodiac, Western astrology, biorhythm theory and blood-type harmony) and the public-domain scriptures it quotes belong to their own cultures and traditions and are not claimed as ours. Sources and credits are listed on our About & Credits page.
Names such as MBTI® and Myers-Briggs® are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of DharmaVera.

The App uses OpenStreetMap Nominatim for city geocoding. Use of that service is subject to the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYANMAR GAZETTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thakhin DBA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
